We’re a pair of brothers making truly sustainable wooden surfboards and radical skateboards in our workshop in Brighton. We call them ‘Blackstock Boards’, using our family’s Irish name. We aim to avoid greenwashing. We don’t use fibreglass. We don’t use foam. We don’t use chemical sealants. We use wood and stuff we’ve salvaged from the trash, so our boards are properly kind to the world. We love the water, we love wood craft, we love surfing and we love nature. Blackstock Boards is the embodiment of that love.
